Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Cambridge University dates from 1209 and King’s and Trinity colleges are some of the oldest.

Attempting to visit medieval Cambridge is a complicated endeavour.  As a college town the colleges are still in use today.  They are also individually managed so not only do you have to work around the students session times, you have to contend with separate opening times for each college. 

Still the city is beautiful and there is tourist information to help when you get there.
