Royal Armouries Leeds North East England

The Royal Armouries Museum opened in Leeds in 1996.  It contains a collection of 75,000 objects many of which were previously housed in the Tower of London. 

The collection contains weapons and armour from the early Middle Ages to modern day.  The collection also contains weaponry from around the world.
